Based in Sealy, Texas, we support oil and gas, household and industrial cleaning, personal care and water-treatment applications. We work from the specification, operating conditions and intended use to define the chemistry, evaluation and supply requirements.

Aziz Hikem is a chemical-industry executive and inventor with more than two decades of experience across oilfield chemistry, research and development, manufacturing, commercialization and chemical distribution.
His career includes leading production-chemistry laboratories and R&D teams at Weatherford, with technical work across production, stimulation, acidizing, drilling and pipeline applications. At PFP Industries, he launched and led a production and fracturing chemicals division, connecting patented technologies with field validation and commercialization.
His distribution experience includes developing stimulation-chemical opportunities and working with operations and engineering stakeholders to bring specialty products to market. As founder of Hiketron, he built a business spanning formulation development, analytical testing, performance validation and chemical manufacturing.
That combination shapes Flarechem’s direction: understand the chemistry and the application, evaluate performance against a clear objective, and connect technical development to dependable commercial supply.
