Flarechem collects the registration fields you submit, your email-verification and approval status, and your lesson progress. We use this information to manage customer access, understand your applications, and respond to your requests.
Quote and sample requests collect your contact details, company, chemical or application, quantity, destination, specifications and any additional information you choose to submit. Flarechem uses these records to assess requirements, respond to your inquiry and manage follow-up. Authorized staff can add private sales notes. Approved customers can view requests matching their verified email address, status and customer-visible updates; private staff notes are not shown. Request records are stored outside the public website directory. Submitting a request does not create an order or subscribe you to marketing.
Your verified, approved customer account also provides access to the Flarechem AI Assistant. When you use the Assistant, your message and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Registration details are not included in these AI requests. Avoid confidential formulas and personal information in chat. Answers require application-specific validation.
Sign-in and registration use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network information for this verification. We send the challenge token to Cloudflare for server validation; we do not send your registration fields in that validation request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
When you complete a published lesson, we retain your name, lesson title, completion date and certificate number as a private completion record. Completion reflects slide access and your confirmation of review, not an examination or practical assessment. You can print your certificate or request an email link sent to your registered address.
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. Security records help limit sign-in abuse. Academy slide views carry your name, email address and a viewing timestamp to discourage redistribution.
Authorized Flarechem administrators can review registration details and learning progress. Account information and original slides are stored outside the public website folder. This registration does not subscribe you to marketing.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact contact@flarechem.com. We retain account information while needed for access and customer support, subject to applicable obligations.
